Successfully completed commercial training / university degree or alternatively many years of experience as project manager or key account manager in the service area

Your tasks
Autonomous planning, implementation and tracking of service projects in cooperation with customers and various subcontractors
Central point of contact for the customer of the assigned sales projects from the contract signing to the final acceptance of the delivered machines
Capacity and resource planning
Mediation and coordination between customers, co-worker technicians and subcontractors
Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of deadline, quality and costs
Supporting the sales team in the preparation of project plans during the sales process
