Allaoui acquires machinery and movable inventory of Eberl Koesel

24/06/2022

After intensive efforts to continue the business remaind without success, the experts for corporate restructuring Müller & Rock had to look for suitable buyers for the entire fixed assets of Eberl Koesel.

Extensive production and building technology, over 300 machines & industrial trucks, 500 tonnes of paper and a generous amount of factory and business equipment were up for sale. "Machine manufacturers, machinery dealers and printers from all over Europe have signaled great interest. Predominantly, however, offers were coming in for specific production lines or individual items," said insolvency administrator Wolfgang Müller.

Allaoui Graphic Machinery GmbH (AGM) finally won the bid for the movable inventory with more than 1000 items.

AGM was not only able to convince as the highest bidder for the entire package en bloc. Rather it quickly became clear that experts were at work here who were not handling a project of this size for the first time. "They enjoy a very professional reputation. A bank guarantee for the entire purchase price was also provided upon signing the agreement," says insolvency administrator Wolfgang Müller. In addition to the acquisition of the entire movable inventory, AGM is taking care of the broom-clean handover of the total area of over 10,000m2.

Open House Day and a new website for the sale print shops

The inventory was done entirely digitally using image recognition and a self-developed mobile app. "Shortly after the contract was signed, a coordinated team arrived from Aachen and everyone knew what they had to do," reports lawyer Dietmar Rock from the law firm Müller & Rock.

Through past major projects and takeovers, such as the Stürtz book printing company, Freiburger Graphische Betriebe and the commercial printer Schreckhase, AGM was able to gain valuable experience . AGM, also known as Digital Pioneer, will for the first time offer a model in which interested parties and printers will shortly have the option of viewing and purchasing items either on-site or online. At the website www.printer-bankruptcy.com, interested parties can register for the sale and already get an online preview."In addition to the new website, interested parties who have registered and want to get an on-site impression will be able to book a time slot for the walk-through online via a link. In this way we can ensure that every customer can be looked after attentively during the inspection. On site, visitors will find a QR-code on each item that leads directly to the online shop. In this project, except for the large machines and production lines, we will offer most products through in our online shop with a wide range of payment methods," explains AGM Managing Director Wali Ahmadi.
